Andreas CAS #16 (S) Learning Outcome 5

Andreas Cantu  This past week I volunteered to be a panel speaker during an open house and sneak peek for our school. Even though these would be via zoom instead of in-person like I was used to last year, I was still eager to present. Andreas CAS #15 (A) Learning Outcome 1

Andreas Cantu  Yesterday I went for an excellent bike ride, so excellent that I have decided to write about it. With this virus still lingering on, I have found solace in the outdoors, I have spent a lot of time riding my bike around the neighborhood and taking in the semi-fresh air. Yesterday's bike ride stood out to me because of the blisteringly cold wind that scraped my eyes as I rode, I had been so used to the warm air of Houston that I was completely unprepared for the treacherous terrain that had been culminating throughout the night. With that being said, I understood that for the following months I will need to dress appropriately for the coming weather. It was a great experience of the cold air that Houston has the capability of hosting for a consistent time period, and it reminded me how much I enjoy the Houston weather because while we don't get snow we can certainly get some cold weather.
